A new referral requires a Consent for Services as well as documents from the New Client Checklist, listed below.  If you want to know what types of insurance we accept, review the New Client Checklist.  If you want to know what types of wound and skin issues we commonly treat, the answer is all of them.  There is a list in the 360 Degrees of Wound Care Document.
